back home

We had a wonderful holiday, here are some of the highlights:

- Steak and Potatoes for Christmas dinner at the Heide's!
- Leaving for Edmonton one day early
- Zane learned how to sleep in his car seat making for a much more peaceful trip than last time
- only I got sick (I'd rather puke than clean up my kids)
- Seeing great friends who have been friends for 15+ years (typing that make me feel old)
- shopping, BY MYSELF!!!
- shopping with my mom and sister in law
- watching the boys and their cousins play
-  seeing West Edmonton Mall through the eyes of my children
               -Reid's favourite thing was riding the train and roller coaster and Dexter like the
                "sliding stairs" (you know you are from the country when...) and Zane really
                  liked bubble tea
-going home we broke up the drive and saw family in Battleford and Saskatoon
- Spent the night in Saskatoon, played on the waterside ate cheesies and pizza

 

 So now I am back home

 Laundry is caught up, bags unpacked and bread is rising

 

 Boys are playing with new toys and...

Zane is into EVERYTHING!!!
