first day of school

I am most certainly excited about Reid going to Kindergarten... and terrified.... and sad.... and relieved

  We made it through the first day with out any drama or tears (him or me). 

Reid was very brave because he had on his "I am a paleontologist" hoodie. 

  I love the  school we have here, it is one of the things that makes our little town so great!

 The administration and staff have successfully created a culture of respect in the school that permeates all aspects of school from kindergarten to grade 12.

On the way home he said

 

"the bus was my favorite part"

 

"but you didn't take the bus today.... you will Monday"

 

 

"yeah it will be my favorite part because I can sit with Andrew and Tash"

 

 

it is good to have neighbour to look out for your babies...
